After having completed a Diploma course in Travel & Tourism Industry Management from Indian Institute of Tourist & Travel Management New Delhi in the year 1995 I worked for 2 years with a leading Travel Management company in New Delhi to gain firsthand experience in handling tour groups. The work experience involved accompanying groups as a Tour Manager for expeditions treks and tours.
